Brittany Bennett

To prospective clients: We have had the pleasure of working with Brittany Bennett since October of 2021 as an agent both in South Carolina and Connecticut. She assisted us with the purchase of a new build in South Carolina and selling our property in Connecticut. We found her to be well versed in the buying and selling of residential properties. She was responsive, professional, kept a sense of humor during some challenging times and went beyond the call of duty in making sure our interests were at the forefront throughout the process. Her honesty and professional advice were instrumental in making decisions. Lastly, her use of social media and digital marketing resulted in getting a contract on our home in CT within one week. You will not regret working with Brittany.

Brittney was very attentive and listed to what I wanted and needed. She helped me to understand the real estate process. She was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. Most importantly Brittany was available anytime I needed her, day or night. Also, the thank you /congratulatory gift was amazing. I recommend Brittany Bennett to anyone looking to buy a home. She is very educated in this field. I look forward to working with her again and also, referring future clients. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Brittany, you won’t be disappointed.

Brittany is an excellent realtor and I will most definitely be recommending her to my friends and family. She answered all questions I had, was a great resource in finding a mortgage broker and connecting with a great building inspector which was excellent because I purchased a true fixer upper. Brittany will not disappoint you!
