Great job getting us into our new home! Worked with great effort to see us closing on the house with minimal fuss. He was always helpful, even when he was on vacation with his family in the final week before closing. He helped us contact local utilities and was able to negotiate a little give from the sellers. He was very attentative to all of our needs. Brian even recommended a local insurance broker who quickly found us insurance policies for normal home insurance and, even though we were outside potential zones, flood insurance after our normal insurer advised us they did not operate in Florida.

Brian did a great job of assisting us with the purchase of our home. His knowledge of the area of Jacksonville that we were interested in moving to, was very helpful when we were looking at houses.
