Ben contacted me when I was for sale by owner(FSBO)…we’ll I actually had a bunch of agents contact me to try and obtain my business. Ben was the first one to come thru & get the drone photos I requested. We edoc’d & had him bring thru the buyers. First offer was over asking! Sadly it did not work out, Ben had another offer in there just shortly after. He worked very well with the buyers agent to get the deal done. Was a great encounter with a professional. Ben did a amazing job helping us siff through listing and constantly adjusting it to our needs. He took the time to see many houses and was very knowledgeable in age, condition, possible repairs and remodels. The best thing I would say is, Ben was very patient and did not pressure to choose a house. He wanted to make sure we found "the one" before we discussed the next steps.
