Andra Cortez Jackson

First Rate-Realtor/Investor/Negotiator! Andra was truly a godsend in my Real Estate Investor Journey. He had my best interest and showed me houses that were the most profitable long and short term.

Andra Cortez Jackson was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the home buying process. From day one, Andra was communicative, responsive and organized. Throughout the process, he remained focused on ensuring we were getting a house that checked all of our boxes. He took the time to show, and re-show, us houses at the top of our list. Once we decided to put in an offer, his understanding of the current housing market gave us a significant advantage in negotiations. Andra remained on top of the entire closing process and kept the ball rolling to ensure a smooth experience for us. We highly recommend working with Andra!

Andra is one of the best real estate agents I've had the pleasure to work with. He is attentive, responsible, and very knowledgeable. He looks out for his customers best interest and is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. I have recommended him to my friends and coworkers with much success. I will continue to recommend his expert services to anyone I know

Andra did an amazing job with both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my current home. He really understands the market conditions and helped me get the best value for my home. He's also a great negotiator and ensured that both as a buyer and a seller I felt like I was getting a fair deal. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met as a buyer and as a seller. He treated me like a million-dollar client, with personal attention, quick responses, and excellent advice. His transaction coordinator, Summer, is a delight to work with. She's always on top of things, and made sure the process was smooth sailing for me as we navigated a variety of hurdles with ease. I would recommend Andra and Summer in a heartbeat.
