At best this was a challenging sale. The property in a good to great location, but the main obstacle was the property was a rental and a below average property manage. Secondly, the renter was cordial, but without the property manager lack of assistance made the task difficult to navigate for Alex. With that said, Alex ahis experience professionalism dealing the numerous issues to set-up, manage, showing the property and coming in with a contract that I was not only pleased in getting what we wanted. I have extensive experience dealing in real estate, but I would be remiss if I did not mention the experience and timely suggestions that Alex brought to the table. I reached out to Alex Gough when I got the news that my family was moving to Montana, and told him I was needing to list my house. Alex met with my wife and I in person, did a full walkthrough and inspection, asked us specific questions about the condition of our property, and then asked my wife and I what our goal number was that we wanted to hit. Based on the walkthrough, and the number we were wanting to hit, he recommended a few quick fixes, and then gave us the contacts of all the contractors that would help us. Within a few short weeks, he had his photographer come out to the property at dusk to take some incredible photos, and a few short days after that we were live. Within 4 days we had 60 showings, nearly 20 offers in hand, and were under contract for $41,000 over our asking price. We blew right past our goal number, and made sure the closing date was convenient enough to work with our moving schedule. Alex kept us updated through every step of the transaction, answered all our questions, and made sure we were sent off right. I know that selling your house can be a very stressful situation, but he was able to make it as stress free as humanly possible. But me the seller he treated me above and beyond!!
