If I could give Alex Mendel 10 stars I would - he is truly the best realtor. I had met with several realtors before I found Alex and didn’t click with them. Alex was the perfect fit - he was very personable , honest and did his research on the neighborhood to get me a great price. He did an amazing job with the house pics, had an open house scheduled the first weekend after the house was listed and had multiple offers immediately. He went over each one with me going over the pros and cons and settled on the best one. He then negotiated the sale of my new house, managed to close within 30 days on both houses without any issues. From start to finish, Alex handled everything and I never had any worries. He promptly returned any calls, answered any questions I had, and best of all, every offer he got more than the listing price! I highly recommend Alex if you are looking to sell or buy. You will not be disappointed - Alex truly is an expert in his field.

In the chaos of selling a house in the current market, Alex Mendel was a true blessing. I originally was going to try to sell my house by my self, but I am beyond grateful that I changed my mind, and trusted Alex to sell the property. There is no way I could have accomplished what Alex was able to. Alex was able to negotiate far more then I ever expected to sell my property for with all contingencies removed. He clearly explained the entire selling process and what I should expect.
