We have two young adult children—a daughter completing her graduate degree at Florida State University and a son attending the University of Mobile—and four crazy cats: Millie, Mittens, Fergus, and Paisley. I am active in my church community through women’s ministry leadership and mentoring. My hobbies include bird watching near Lake Apopka, cooking, walking for exercise, home décor projects, playing piano, reading, and sewing. I have also volunteered on my HOA’s Communications Committee and with rescuing and fostering community cats. I have an MS degree in Social Work Administration and a BA in English.
