Vail High School is a public high school located in Montebello, California. It was established in 1965 and serves the communities of Montebello, Pico Rivera, Commerce, East Los Angeles, and South El Monte. Vail High School has an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students from grades 9-12.
The school offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes core academic courses such as English language arts, mathematics, science and social studies; electives including art classes; physical education; foreign languages such as Spanish and French; career technical education programs like automotive technology and culinary arts; college preparatory classes for Advanced Placement (AP) exams; special education services for students with disabilities or learning differences; and extracurricular activities like sports teams and clubs.
