Birney Elementary School is a public school located in the heart of Long Beach, California. Founded in 1925, Birney has been providing quality education to students for nearly 100 years. The school serves over 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and offers an array of programs designed to meet the needs of all learners.

At Birney Elementary School, teachers strive to create a safe and nurturing learning environment where every student can reach their full potential. Through engaging lessons and activities that promote critical thinking skills, problem solving strategies, collaboration, creativity and communication, students are encouraged to become lifelong learners who are prepared for success in college and beyond.
