Ceres High School is a public high school located in Ceres, California. Founded in 1891, it is the oldest high school in Stanislaus County and serves students from grades 9-12. The school has an enrollment of approximately 1,800 students and offers a wide range of academic programs including Advanced Placement courses, college preparatory classes, career technical education (CTE) pathways and special education services.
The campus features modern facilities such as computer labs, science laboratories and library media centers that are equipped with up-to-date technology to support student learning. In addition to its rigorous academic curriculum, the school also provides extracurricular activities such as athletics teams for boys’ and girls’ basketball, football, soccer and track & field; clubs like drama club or chess club; music ensembles; art classes; leadership opportunities through Student Council or National Honor Society; community service projects; and more.
