Central High School Description
Central High School is a public school located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Established in 1872, Central High School has been providing quality education to the students of Cheyenne for over 140 years. With an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students from grades 9-12, Central High School offers a wide variety of courses and activities that are designed to meet the needs of all its students.
At Central High School, teachers strive to create an environment where learning is fun and engaging. The curriculum includes core classes such as English, math, science and social studies as well as electives like art, music and physical education. In addition to academics, there are numerous extracurricular activities available including sports teams (football, basketball etc.), clubs (chess club), student government and more.
Central High School also provides many resources for its students such as counseling services and college preparation programs which help prepare them for life after high school graduation. The faculty at Central High School works hard to ensure that each student receives the best possible educational experience while attending their school.
