Pratt Elementary School Description
Pratt Elementary School is a public school located in the small town of Pratt, West Virginia. Established in 1887, it has been providing quality education to students for over 130 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and employs more than 40 teachers and staff members.
At Pratt Elementary School, we strive to create an environment that encourages learning and growth while fostering respect for each other and our community. We offer a variety of educational programs including music, art, physical education, technology classes as well as core academic subjects such as math, science, reading/language arts and social studies. Our dedicated faculty works hard to ensure that all students receive individualized instruction tailored to their needs so they can reach their full potential.
We also believe in creating strong relationships with parents and guardians by offering regular parent-teacher conferences throughout the year as well as open house events where families can come together to learn about what’s happening at the school. Additionally, we provide after-school activities such as sports teams and clubs which help promote teamwork among our student body while giving them an opportunity to explore new interests outside of the classroom setting.
