East High School Description
East High School is a public school located in Wausau, Wisconsin. Established in 1891, East High School has been providing quality education to the students of Wausau for over 125 years. With an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students from grades 9-12, East High School offers a wide variety of educational opportunities and extracurricular activities.
At East High School, we strive to create an environment that encourages learning and growth while promoting respect for all individuals. Our faculty consists of highly qualified teachers who are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential. We offer a comprehensive curriculum with courses ranging from core subjects such as math and science to electives like art and music. In addition, we have several Advanced Placement (AP) classes available for those looking for more challenging coursework.
Outside of the classroom, there are plenty of ways for our students to get involved at East High School. We have numerous clubs and organizations including student government, debate team, robotics club, drama club and many more! Additionally, our athletic teams compete in various sports throughout the year including football, basketball and track & field among others.
At East High School we believe that every student should be given the opportunity to succeed academically as well as socially so they can become productive members of society when they graduate from high school.
