Parkview Elementary School Description
Parkview Elementary School is a public school located in the small town of Mayville, Wisconsin. Established in 1892, Parkview has been providing quality education to students for over 125 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and employs more than 50 teachers and staff members.
At Parkview, we strive to create an environment where all children can learn and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Our curriculum focuses on developing critical thinking skills while also teaching core subjects such as math, science, language arts, social studies, art and music. We offer a variety of extracurricular activities including sports teams (soccer & basketball), clubs (chess club & robotics club) and after-school programs (homework help & tutoring).
We believe that every student should have access to a safe learning environment with high expectations for academic success. To ensure this goal is met our faculty works closely with parents/guardians to provide individualized instruction tailored to each child’s needs. Additionally we are committed to fostering positive relationships between our students by promoting respect for diversity among our student body.
