West High School Description
West High School is a public high school located in Madison, Wisconsin. Founded in 1875, West High has been providing quality education to the students of Madison for over 140 years. The school offers a wide range of courses and programs designed to meet the needs of all its students.
The student body at West High consists of approximately 1,400 students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. In addition to traditional academic classes, West High also offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses as well as career-oriented electives such as business management and computer science.
West High prides itself on its commitment to extracurricular activities including sports teams, clubs, music ensembles, theater productions, art shows and more. These activities provide an opportunity for students to explore their interests outside of the classroom while developing important skills like teamwork and leadership.
