Poultney High School Description
Poultney High School is a public school located in the small town of Poultney, Vermont. Established in 1871, it serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 300 students. The school offers a wide range of courses including English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education and Health as well as electives such as Art and Music.
The faculty at Poultney High School are dedicated to providing their students with a quality education that prepares them for college or career paths after graduation. They strive to create an environment where all students feel safe and respected while also challenging them academically. In addition to traditional classroom instruction, the school provides extracurricular activities such as sports teams (soccer, basketball), clubs (drama club) and student organizations (National Honor Society).
