Fort Chiswell High School is a public high school located in Max Meadows, Virginia. Established in 1965, the school serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students. The school's mascot is the Pioneer and its colors are blue and white.

The mission of Fort Chiswell High School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The faculty strives to create an atmosphere where all students can reach their full potential through rigorous instruction and meaningful activities.

At Fort Chiswell High School, there are numerous extracurricular activities available for students including sports teams such as football, basketball, baseball/softball, volleyball, track & field; clubs like student council; music programs such as band and chorus; art classes; foreign language courses; career exploration opportunities; community service projects; college preparation resources; and more!

In addition to providing quality education for its students, Fort Chiswell High School also offers support services such as counseling services for mental health issues or family concerns. There are also special education programs available for those with disabilities or special needs.
