Crescent School Description

Crescent School is a private, non-denominational K-8 school located in Sandy, Utah. Founded in 1998, the school has grown to serve over 500 students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The mission of Crescent School is to provide an excellent education that prepares students for success in college and beyond.

At Crescent School, teachers strive to create an environment where each student can reach their full potential academically and socially. Through small class sizes and individualized instruction, teachers are able to give each student the attention they need to succeed. In addition to core academic subjects such as math, science, language arts, social studies and foreign languages; the school also offers enrichment classes like art, music and physical education.

The faculty at Crescent School believe strongly in developing character traits such as respectfulness, responsibility and integrity among its students. To this end they have implemented a comprehensive Character Education program which includes weekly assemblies focused on teaching these values through stories or activities related to them.

Outside of academics there are many extracurricular activities available for students including sports teams (soccer & basketball), drama club performances throughout the year as well as various clubs like chess club or robotics team that meet after school hours.

Overall Crescent School provides a safe learning environment with dedicated staff who care deeply about helping every student achieve their goals both inside and outside of the classroom setting!
