Viewmont High School Description

Viewmont High School is a public high school located in Bountiful, Utah. It serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The school was founded in 1971 and is part of the Davis School District. Viewmont High School offers a wide variety of academic programs including Advanced Placement (AP) courses, honors classes, career technical education (CTE), special education services, and college preparatory classes.

The school also provides extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs & organizations, performing arts groups, student government associations (SGA), and community service opportunities. Viewmont High School's athletic teams compete in the 5A division of the UHSAA with sports such as football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball/softball and track & field. In addition to its competitive sports program the school also hosts intramural leagues for both boys' and girls' teams throughout the year.

Viewmont High School prides itself on providing a safe learning environment that encourages personal growth through academics and extracurricular activities while fostering respect for diversity among its student body. With dedicated teachers who are committed to helping each individual reach their full potential academically or athletically this institution strives to provide every student with an exceptional educational experience that will prepare them for success beyond graduation day!
