Lancaster High School Description
Lancaster High School is a public high school located in Lancaster, South Carolina. Founded in 1891, it serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The school offers a wide range of academic programs including Advanced Placement courses as well as career and technical education classes. It also provides extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs, and organizations for its student body to participate in.
The faculty at Lancaster High School are dedicated to providing the best possible educational experience for their students by creating a safe learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking skills. They strive to ensure that each student reaches his or her full potential through rigorous coursework and engaging classroom instruction.
At Lancaster High School, we believe that every student should have access to quality education regardless of background or financial status. We offer several scholarships and grants to help make college more affordable for our graduates who wish to pursue higher education after graduation.
Our mission is simple: To provide our students with the knowledge they need to become successful citizens in today’s world while instilling values such as respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion, and service into their lives so they can be productive members of society when they leave us behind.
