Center For Advanced Technical Studies Description

The Center for Advanced Technical Studies (CATS) School is a public high school located in Chapin, South Carolina. Founded in 2006, CATS provides students with an innovative and rigorous education that prepares them to excel in college and the workforce.

At CATS, students have access to cutting-edge technology and resources that allow them to explore their interests while developing skills necessary for success after graduation. The school offers a variety of courses including engineering, computer science, robotics, biotechnology, health sciences and more. Additionally, CATS has partnerships with local businesses and organizations which provide real-world experiences through internships and job shadowing opportunities.

Outside of the classroom, students can participate in extracurricular activities such as sports teams or clubs like student government or National Honor Society. There are also numerous volunteer opportunities available both on campus and within the community.
