The mission of Richardson Middle School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The faculty strives to create an atmosphere where all students can reach their full potential while developing respect for themselves and others.

Richardson Middle School offers a wide range of educational opportunities including core classes such as math, science, English language arts, social studies, physical education/health, art/music/drama electives, foreign languages (Spanish), technology education courses (robotics), career exploration programs (business & finance) and more. In addition to these core subjects there are also several extracurricular activities available such as student council, yearbook club, drama club and sports teams like basketball and soccer.

At Richardson Middle School we believe that every child should have access to quality education regardless of background or ability level. We strive to ensure that our students receive the best possible instruction so they can be successful both inside and outside the classroom walls!
