Reading Senior High School Description
Reading Senior High School is a public high school located in Reading, Pennsylvania. Established in 1867, it is the oldest and largest of the five secondary schools within the Reading School District. The school serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of over 1,500 students.
The mission of Reading Senior High School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth for all students. The faculty strives to create an atmosphere where each student can reach their full potential through rigorous instruction and meaningful experiences both inside and outside of the classroom.
At Reading Senior High School, there are numerous opportunities for students to get involved in extracurricular activities such as sports teams, clubs, music programs, theater productions, art classes, community service projects and more.
