Rowe Middle School Description

Rowe Middle School is a public school located in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1965, Rowe has been providing quality education to students for over 50 years. The school serves grades 6-8 and offers an array of educational opportunities including core classes such as math, science, social studies, language arts and foreign languages; electives like art, music and physical education; and special programs like robotics and STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math).

The staff at Rowe are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential by creating a safe learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. They strive to foster a sense of community among students while also teaching them important life skills such as problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration.

Rowe's campus features modern facilities with state-of-the-art technology including interactive whiteboards in every classroom. There is also an outdoor playground where students can enjoy recess time or participate in organized sports activities. Additionally, there are several extracurricular clubs available for students who want to explore their interests further outside of the classroom setting.

At Rowe Middle School we believe that all children have the right to receive a quality education regardless of background or ability level. We strive to provide our students with the tools they need to succeed both academically and socially so they can become productive members of society when they graduate from high school.
