Central High School Description
Central High School is a public high school located in Independence, Oregon. Founded in 1891, Central High School has been providing quality education to the students of Independence and surrounding areas for over 125 years. With an enrollment of approximately 500 students, Central High School offers a variety of educational opportunities including Advanced Placement courses, college preparatory classes, and career-technical programs.
The faculty at Central High School are dedicated to helping their students reach their full potential by providing them with individualized instruction and support. The teachers strive to create an environment that encourages learning while also promoting respect for diversity among its student body. In addition to academics, Central High School provides extracurricular activities such as sports teams, clubs, and other organizations which allow students to explore their interests outside of the classroom.
