Willamette High School Description
Willamette High School is a public high school located in Eugene, Oregon. Established in 1954, Willamette High School has been providing quality education to the students of Lane County for over 65 years. With an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students from grades 9-12, Willamette High School offers a wide variety of educational opportunities and extracurricular activities.
At Willamette High School, we strive to create an environment that encourages learning and growth while fostering respect for all members of our community. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to helping each student reach their full potential by providing individualized instruction and support. We offer a comprehensive curriculum with courses ranging from core subjects such as math and science to electives like art and music. In addition, we provide numerous extracurricular activities including sports teams, clubs, theater productions, band performances, academic competitions and more!
We believe that every student should have access to the best possible education regardless of background or financial status; therefore we offer several scholarship programs designed to help those who may not be able to afford tuition costs on their own. Additionally, our counselors are available year round to assist with college applications or any other issues related to post-secondary planning.
At Willamette High School we take pride in creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and respected no matter what their differences may be. We look forward to continuing our mission of educating young minds for many years into the future!
