Shasta Middle School is a vibrant and welcoming learning environment located in Eugene, Oregon. Founded in 1965, Shasta has been providing quality education to students for over 50 years. The school offers an array of educational opportunities including core classes such as math, science, English language arts, social studies and foreign languages. Additionally, the school provides elective courses like art, music and physical education that help foster creativity and promote healthy lifestyles.

The faculty at Shasta are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential by creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where everyone can learn without fear of judgement or ridicule. They strive to create meaningful relationships with their students so they can better understand how best to support them academically and emotionally.

At Shasta Middle School we believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality education regardless of background or ability level. We offer numerous programs designed specifically for special needs students as well as those who require additional academic assistance due to language barriers or other challenges they may face outside the classroom walls.

We also recognize the importance of extracurricular activities in developing strong character traits such as teamwork, leadership skills and self-confidence which will serve our students throughout their lives beyond middle school graduation day. Our athletic teams have won multiple state championships while our afterschool clubs provide unique experiences ranging from robotics competitions to theater productions that allow all students the opportunity to explore new interests while having fun with friends!
