James Griffith Intermediate Elementary School is a public school located in Choctaw, Oklahoma. It serves students from grades 3-5 and has an enrollment of approximately 500 students. The school was founded in 1965 and is part of the Mid-Del Public Schools district.

The mission of James Griffith Intermediate Elementary School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The school offers a variety of educational programs including core classes such as math, science, language arts, social studies, physical education/health, art/music/drama, technology education and foreign languages. In addition to these core classes there are also special programs available for gifted learners and those with special needs or disabilities.

At James Griffith Intermediate Elementary School teachers strive to create an atmosphere where all students can reach their full potential by providing individualized instruction tailored to each student’s unique abilities and interests. The faculty works hard to ensure that every student feels welcomed and respected while they learn important skills necessary for success in life beyond the classroom walls.

In addition to academics the school also provides extracurricular activities such as sports teams (basketball & volleyball), clubs (chess club & robotics club) as well as afterschool tutoring sessions for those who need extra help with their studies.

Overall James Griffith Intermediate Elementary School strives to be a place where children can grow academically while developing into confident young adults ready for whatever challenges come their way!
