Altus High School is a public school located in Altus, Oklahoma. It serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students. The school offers a wide variety of courses and activities to meet the needs of its diverse student body.

The faculty at Altus High School are dedicated to providing quality education for all their students. They strive to create an environment where every student can reach their full potential through rigorous academics, extracurricular activities, and community service opportunities.

Altus High School also provides many resources for its students including counseling services, tutoring programs, career guidance workshops, and college preparation classes.
