Ruby S Thomas Elementary School Description

Ruby S Thomas Elementary School is a public school located in Las Vegas, Nevada. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has an enrollment of over 500 students. The school was founded in 1965 and named after Ruby S Thomas, a local educator who dedicated her life to the education of children in the area.

The school offers a variety of educational programs designed to meet the needs of all its students. These include core academic classes such as math, science, language arts, social studies, physical education and art; special education services; English Language Learner (ELL) support; gifted/talented programming; and technology integration into instruction. In addition to these offerings, there are also extracurricular activities available for students including sports teams, clubs and other enrichment opportunities.

At Ruby S Thomas Elementary School we strive to create an environment that encourages learning while promoting respect for diversity among our student body. We believe that every child should have access to quality education regardless of their background or ability level so we work hard to ensure that each student receives individualized attention and support throughout their time at our school. Our staff is committed to providing a safe learning environment where everyone can reach their full potential!
