Central High School Description

Central High School is a public school located in Springfield, Missouri. Established in 1891, Central High School has been providing quality education to the students of Springfield for over 125 years. With an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students from grades 9-12, Central High School offers a wide variety of courses and activities that are designed to meet the needs of all its students.

The faculty at Central High School consists of highly qualified teachers who strive to create an environment where learning can take place with ease and comfort. The school also provides numerous extracurricular activities such as sports teams, clubs, and organizations that allow students to explore their interests outside the classroom. In addition, Central High School offers several Advanced Placement (AP) classes which give students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.

Central High School is committed to helping each student reach his or her full potential by providing them with a safe and supportive learning environment. Through rigorous academics and engaging extracurriculars, Central High School strives to ensure that every student receives a well-rounded education that will prepare them for success beyond graduation day.
