Neveln Elementary School Description
Neveln Elementary School is a public school located in Austin, Minnesota. Established in 1891, Neveln has been providing quality education to the students of Austin and its surrounding areas for over 125 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
At Neveln Elementary School, we strive to provide an environment that encourages learning and growth while fostering respect for all individuals. Our dedicated staff works hard to ensure our students receive a well-rounded education with emphasis on core academic subjects such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies. We also offer enrichment classes such as art, music and physical education which help develop creativity and critical thinking skills.
We are committed to creating a safe learning environment where every student can reach their full potential. To this end, we have implemented several programs designed to support our diverse student population including English Language Learner (ELL) services; special education services; Title I Reading/Math Intervention; Gifted & Talented programming; after-school activities; parent involvement opportunities; and more!
