Lee M. Thurston High School Description
Lee M. Thurston High School is a public high school located in Redford, Michigan. Established in 1967, the school has been providing quality education to students from grades 9-12 for over 50 years. With an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students and a staff of more than 100 teachers and administrators, Lee M. Thurston High School offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes core academic courses as well as electives such as art, music, physical education and technology classes.
The school also provides extracurricular activities including sports teams (football, basketball, baseball/softball), clubs (drama club, chess club) and other student organizations (National Honor Society). The faculty at Lee M. Thurston High School are dedicated to helping their students reach their full potential by offering individualized instruction and support services such as tutoring programs and college counseling sessions.
In addition to its educational offerings, Lee M.
