Creative Technologies Academy Description

Creative Technologies Academy School is a public school located in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Founded in 2020, the school offers an innovative and creative approach to education for students from kindergarten through eighth grade. The mission of Creative Technologies Academy School is to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The curriculum at Creative Technologies Academy School focuses on technology-based instruction with hands-on activities designed to engage students in meaningful learning experiences. Students are encouraged to explore their interests while developing essential 21st century skills such as coding, robotics engineering, 3D printing design and more. In addition to core academic subjects like math and language arts, the school also offers classes in art appreciation and music theory.

At Creative Technologies Academy School there is an emphasis on student engagement both inside and outside of the classroom. The school provides numerous extracurricular activities including sports teams, clubs focused on STEM topics (science/technology/engineering/math), afterschool programs such as chess club or drama club; field trips; community service projects; guest speakers; special events; and much more!
