Hurlock Elementary School Description

Hurlock Elementary School is a public school located in the small town of Hurlock, Maryland. Established in 1891, it has been providing quality education to students for over 125 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade and employs more than 40 teachers and staff members.

The mission of Hurlock Elementary School is to provide an engaging learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. To achieve this goal, the school offers a variety of programs such as music classes, physical education classes, art classes, library services, technology instruction and after-school activities. In addition to these offerings, the school also provides special education services for those with disabilities or other needs.

At Hurlock Elementary School we strive to create an atmosphere where all children can learn and grow together in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that every student should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential regardless of race or economic background. Our dedicated faculty works hard each day to ensure our students receive the best possible educational experience while developing strong values that will serve them well throughout life’s journey.
