Captain James E. Daly Elementary School is a public school located in Germantown, Maryland. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has an enrollment of approximately 500 students. The school was founded in 1989 and named after Captain James E. Daly, who served as the first principal of the school until his retirement in 2003.
The mission of Captain James E. Daly Elementary School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship for all its students. To achieve this goal, the school offers a variety of programs such as art classes, music lessons, physical education activities, library services, technology instruction and more.
