Judith A. Resnik Elementary School is a public school located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The school was established in 1995 and named after Judith Resnik, an American astronaut who died during the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger disaster. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has a student population of approximately 500 children.
