Callaway Elementary School Description

Callaway Elementary School is a public school located in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland. Established in 1891, Callaway has been providing quality education to students for over 125 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade and offers an array of educational opportunities including music, art, physical education and technology classes.

The faculty at Callaway are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential by providing individualized instruction and support. They strive to create a safe learning environment where all children can thrive academically as well as socially. In addition to core academic subjects such as math, science and language arts, the school also provides enrichment activities like chess club and robotics team that help foster creativity and critical thinking skills among its students.

Callaway Elementary School is committed to creating a strong sense of community within its walls by hosting various events throughout the year such as family nights, holiday celebrations and field trips. These events provide parents with an opportunity to get involved in their child’s education while also building relationships between families within the school community.
