Capuano Ecc Description

Capuano Ecc School is a public elementary school located in the heart of Somerville, Massachusetts. Founded in 1891, Capuano has been providing quality education to students for over 125 years. The school serves approximately 400 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and offers a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of all learners.

At Capuano, teachers strive to create an environment that encourages learning and exploration while fostering respect for individual differences. Through its commitment to excellence, Capuano provides a rigorous academic program with an emphasis on literacy and math skills as well as science, social studies, art, music and physical education. In addition to core classes, the school also offers enrichment activities such as robotics clubs and after-school sports teams.
