Rayne High School Description

Rayne High School is a public high school located in Rayne, Louisiana. Founded in 1891, it is the oldest high school in Acadia Parish and one of the oldest schools in the state. The school serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students.

The mission of Rayne High School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth for all students. The faculty strives to create an atmosphere where each student can reach their full potential through rigorous instruction and meaningful experiences.

At Rayne High School, there are numerous opportunities for students to get involved with extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs, music programs, theater productions, art classes and more. There are also many service projects available for those who wish to give back to their community or explore new interests outside of the classroom.

Rayne High School prides itself on its commitment to providing quality education while fostering a sense of pride among its students and staff members alike.
