Benjamin Franklin Elementary Mathematics & Science School is a vibrant and diverse learning community located in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. The school serves students from Pre-K through 5th grade and offers an innovative curriculum that focuses on mathematics and science education.

At Benjamin Franklin Elementary, teachers strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for all students. They use hands-on activities, technology integration, project-based learning, and other creative approaches to engage their students in meaningful learning experiences. In addition to core subjects such as math and science, the school also provides enrichment classes like art, music, physical education, Spanish language instruction, library skills development, computer coding lessons and more.

The faculty at Benjamin Franklin Elementary are dedicated professionals who work hard to ensure that each student reaches his or her full potential. Through collaboration with parents and guardians they provide individualized support for every child’s academic success. The staff also works closely with local organizations to provide additional resources for families in need of assistance with basic needs such as food security or housing stability.

In addition to its rigorous academics program Benjamin Franklin Elementary has many extracurricular activities available including sports teams (soccer/basketball), afterschool clubs (chess club/drama club) , field trips (to museums/zoos), special events (family nights/holiday celebrations) ,and much more!
