Lockport Middle School is a public school located in the heart of Lockport, Louisiana. Established in 1887, it has been providing quality education to students for over 130 years. The school serves grades 6-8 and offers a variety of academic programs including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education and Health.

The faculty at Lockport Middle School are dedicated to helping their students reach their full potential by providing them with an engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. They strive to create an atmosphere where all students feel safe and respected while also challenging them academically.

In addition to its rigorous academic program, Lockport Middle School also provides extracurricular activities such as sports teams (football, basketball), clubs (chess club) and after-school programs (homework help). These activities provide students with opportunities to explore new interests or hone existing skills outside of the classroom setting.
