Kaplan High School Description

Kaplan High School is a public high school located in Kaplan, Louisiana. It serves students from grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students. The school was founded in 1965 and is part of the Vermilion Parish School District.

At Kaplan High School, we strive to provide our students with a quality education that prepares them for college and career success. We offer a wide range of courses including Advanced Placement (AP) classes as well as electives such as art, music, theater, physical education and more. Our teachers are highly qualified professionals who are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.

We also have many extracurricular activities available for our students including sports teams such as football, basketball, baseball/softball and track & field; clubs like National Honor Society (NHS), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Student Council; plus other activities like band and choir performances throughout the year.

Our goal at Kaplan High School is to create an environment where all students can learn and grow academically while developing important life skills that will help them succeed beyond graduation day.
