Rev. Henry E. Baker Intermediate School is a public school located in Winchester, Kentucky that serves students in grades 5-6. The school was founded in 1969 and named after the late Reverend Henry E. Baker, who served as pastor of the local First Baptist Church for many years.

The mission of Rev. Henry E. Baker Intermediate School is to provide an environment where all students can reach their full potential through rigorous academic instruction, positive character development, and meaningful extracurricular activities. The faculty and staff strive to create a safe learning environment that encourages respect for self and others while fostering creativity and critical thinking skills necessary for success in today’s world.

At Rev. Henry E. Baker Intermediate School, there are numerous opportunities available to help students develop academically, socially, emotionally, physically, artistically, technologically and culturally including: advanced classes such as Algebra I; clubs like Student Council; sports teams like basketball; music programs such as band or choir; art classes; technology courses; foreign language offerings like Spanish or French; community service projects with local organizations; field trips to educational sites around the state of Kentucky; special events throughout the year such as Science Fair Day or Career Day; and much more!
