Benjamin Franklin Elementary School is a public school located in Whiting, Indiana. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has an enrollment of approximately 500 students. The school was established in the early 1900s and named after one of America's Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin.

The mission of Benjamin Franklin Elementary School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth for all its students. The faculty strives to create an atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and develop into responsible citizens who are prepared for success in their future endeavors.

At Benjamin Franklin Elementary School, teachers use innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning and hands-on activities to engage students in their studies. In addition to core subjects like math, science, language arts, social studies, physical education/health classes are also offered at the school. Students have access to technology resources including computers with internet access as well as iPads which they can use during class time or take home for homework assignments.
