Durkin Park Elementary School is a vibrant and diverse learning community located in the heart of Chicago's South Side. Established in 1965, Durkin Park has been providing quality education to students for over 50 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from Pre-K through 8th grade and offers a wide range of academic programs including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music and Physical Education.
