Reed-Custer High School is a public school located in Braidwood, Illinois. It serves students from grades 9 through 12 and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students. The school was established in 1891 and is part of the Reed-Custer Community Unit School District 255U.

The mission of Reed-Custer High School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The faculty and staff strive to create an atmosphere where all students can reach their full potential while developing respect for themselves and others.

Reed-Custer offers a wide variety of courses including English, math, science, social studies, foreign language, physical education/health classes as well as electives such as art and music. Advanced Placement (AP) courses are also available for those who wish to challenge themselves academically. In addition to academics there are many extracurricular activities offered at Reed-Custer such as athletics (football, basketball etc.), clubs (National Honor Society), student government organizations (Student Council), theater productions (Drama Club), band programs (Marching Band & Jazz Band) and more!

At Reed-Custer High School we believe that every student should have access to quality educational opportunities regardless of background or ability level so we offer special education services along with other support services like counseling and tutoring if needed. We also value community involvement which is why our Parent Teacher Organization works hard each year to raise funds for various projects around the school district.
