Ringgold High School Description
Ringgold High School is a public high school located in Ringgold, Georgia. Established in 1891, it is the oldest high school in Catoosa County and serves students from grades 9-12. The school has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students and offers a wide range of educational opportunities including Advanced Placement courses, dual enrollment classes with nearby colleges and universities, career technical education programs, and extracurricular activities such as athletics and clubs.
The faculty at Ringgold High School are dedicated to providing quality instruction that prepares their students for success after graduation. They strive to create a safe learning environment where all students can reach their full potential academically while also developing important life skills like leadership, communication, problem solving, collaboration and critical thinking.
In addition to its academic offerings, Ringgold High School provides numerous extracurricular activities for its student body including sports teams (football, basketball baseball/softball), cheerleading squads and various clubs (National Honor Society). The school also hosts several events throughout the year such as homecoming celebrations and pep rallies which help foster a sense of community among the student body.
