Odom Elementary School Description

Odom Elementary School is a public school located in Moultrie, Georgia. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has an enrollment of approximately 500 students. The school was founded in 1965 and is part of the Colquitt County Schools system.

The mission of Odom Elementary School is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence, personal growth, and responsible citizenship. The staff at Odom strive to create an atmosphere where all children can reach their full potential as learners and citizens.

At Odom Elementary School, teachers use innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning and technology integration to engage students in meaningful activities that promote critical thinking skills. In order to ensure student safety on campus there are several security measures in place including video surveillance cameras throughout the building as well as secure entry points with keypad access codes for visitors entering the building after hours or during weekends/holidays when the office is closed.

Odom Elementary School offers many extracurricular activities such as sports teams (soccer & basketball), clubs (chess club & robotics club) and other special events throughout the year (field trips & assemblies).
