High Point Elementary School Description
High Point Elementary School is a public school located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1965, High Point has been providing quality education to students for over 50 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and offers an array of educational opportunities including music, art, physical education and technology classes.
High Point's mission is to provide a safe learning environment that encourages academic excellence while fostering respect for diversity and individual differences. The staff at High Point are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential by providing them with the tools they need to succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.
The faculty at High Point strive to create an atmosphere where all students feel welcome and respected regardless of race or background. They also work hard to ensure that every child receives the best possible education so they can be successful in life after graduation. In addition, parents are encouraged to get involved in their children’s education by attending parent-teacher conferences as well as volunteering within the school community.
At High Point Elementary School, we believe that every student should have access to a high-quality education no matter what their circumstances may be. We strive to make sure our students receive the best possible instruction so they can achieve success now and into adulthood!
